BOOTS ON THE GROUND
is a powerful program that gives purpose and meaning to the lives of the participants who choose to pursuit a new career, a career that promotes financial education to families all over the U.S. and Canada in a regulated industry and after they have obtained a license may service families with all of the advantages of our support and partnership with a huge administrative platform that assists our participants in building large financial service businesses.
This career path allows the program participant to increase their cash flow which is paramount to tackling such obstacles as mounting and debilitating debt, or providing savings vehicles for their own retirement, or enabling them to put ample protection in place in case of loss of health or death of a family member, just to name a few advantages. AAFEC has partnered with one of the top financial education organizations in the world through which this training is made available..
AAFEC Foundation is proud of the "Boots on the Ground Scholarship Program". This program operates within the Boots On The Ground Program and awards Scholarship Grants to individuals who desire to be trained to excel in the financial services industry where the focus is on providing the education necessary to teach families to be their own money managers and learn how money works...how to alleviate debt, build wealth, and leave legacies. Program participants have the support they need to learn how to operate this educational platform so that they may educate themselves as they help to educate and serve other families which affords the program participant the lifestyle that they deserve for their own families, and a lifestyle that before receiving this financial education, they could only dream of.
The Boots on The Ground Program was implemented in an effort to encourage students, younger and older workers, as well as people who are in retirement, to consider the economic advantages that may be gained from encompassing a career in financial services. Middle America is in a financial crisis without enough people in the industry to service the millions of people who are not financially literate enough to find their own solutions or to be their own money managers. Boots On The Ground focuses on offering this opportunity to capable individuals from all walks of life across the U.S. and Canada.
Our goal is to continue to raise funds that will help to defray the cost of education, (including travel), licensing, and the educational tools necessary to build successful financial services businesses.

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP AND COACHING PROGRAM
AAFEC understands the hardships students and their families may face if they fail to plan ahead for college. AAFEC steers families in the right direction for their student to receive the coaching they need from as early as the 8th grade on through the end of college. Finding scholarships, providing assessment tests, researching appropriate schools to help make sound decisions are all services that one of our partners provide that saves families thousands of dollars each year.
SENIOR ADVOCACY PROGRAM
THE SENIOR ADVOCACY PROGRAM was created to advocate and assist seniors who are transitioning to different levels of care. The program helps seniors and their families unravel the complexities associated with these changes that they are experiencing by helping them to find solutions, and weave through the different options that may available to them and understand how they work, as well as provide education so that they and their families come to better understand their rights and how to exercise them.
QUARTERLY SENIOR FUNDRAISER will generally
be held in March, June, September and December. Seniors are the most vulnerable yet most underserved population of our communities around the country. AAFEC is seeking organizations who are willing to partner with us to raise money to help make a difference in many seniors lives in a significant and massive way across the United States and to give AAFEC input as to which seniors we may need to focus on at a given time.
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT/BUSINESS NETWORK
AAFEC programs and activities encourage cooperation between organizations, corporations and associations, businesses...for profit and non-profit alike to support the empowerment of families within our communities across age, gender and educational or socio-economical barriers.
